MN Parents for Early Learning (MnPEL) is the backbone organization behind the Minnesota Parents for Affordable Child Care campaign. We help parents of children from pregnancy through age five shape a child care system that is high‑quality, affordable, and easy to navigate
What we focus on

– Strengthening parent mentoring and simple, responsive public systems.
Parent Leadership Group (Parent Advisory Council)
Our Parent Advisory Council is a group of parents of young children from across Minnesota. They meet regularly to share real‑life experiences, identify problems, and help decide what the campaign should tackle next

How we’re structured
MN Parents for Early Learning operates as a charitable project with MN Parents for Affordable Child Care as its main campaign. A separate social welfare organization, MN Parents for Early Learning Action, may carry out additional lobbying and electoral activities; this website focuses on our charitable, nonpartisan work
